Pre-Design Services:

• Site Analysis
• Zoning Code Research and Analysis
• Project Budget and Schedule

Design Services:

• Complete Project Design and Construction Documentation
• Site Planning
• Interior Design (floors, interior trim and moldings, cabinetry, and built-in furniture design)
• Coordination with Project Consultants and General Contractor

Construction Management Services:

• Work with General Contractor and Sub-Contractors during the construction
• Act as Client’s Representative to monitor the construction progress for design compliance
• Verify Contractor’s request for payment
• Review Project at Final Inspection  

Contractor Services:

• Serve as General Contractor on projects designed by James Lloyd.
